Co-Owner Insurance (Condo)
Home Insurance for Co-owners is an “all perils” type of condo insurance. It covers your property and improvements to the condo since its construction. It also includes civil liability coverage.
Tenant Insurance
CAA-Quebec’s “all perils” Home Insurance for Tenants, including civil liability, covers your property in the event of fire, theft, or vandalism. Certain assets are also covered if they are inside your car.
